The Stellar Mengele Foundation in partnership with Gift Connect is looking for qualified professionals to conduct a Monitoring & Evaluation exercise for its ECD program.

To be eligible, applicants must:

- Have proven experience in impact assessments, particularly in rural development contexts.

- Possess expertise in Early Childhood Development (ECD) theory and practice.

- Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis.

- Be able to commence work within the set timelines.
